This project was phased to allow the continued functioning of the existing trailer parking yard whilst facilitating the complete concrete surfacing and the erection of the new building.

The contractors concreted the top of the yard first and installed the drainage system, then created a secure route out of the site for the trucks whilst constructing the building.

The cantilevered office is a first for us and was made possible using 3 huge 16 metre long steel beams.

We are currently involved in a scheme to extend this building by eight bays, continuing our relationship with our established clients.
